Included in the REESE starter kit is a ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball and Interlock technology to securely keep it in place on the ball mount. Additionally, each kit also includes either a hitch pin and clip or a lock to ensure the shank of the ball mount remains securely connected to the vehicle’s trailer receiver hitch. The ball mount is made from solid, all-welded steel with a black powder coat finish and is specifically designed to work with 2-inch ball hitch receivers.
